We are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, as a courtesy we will complete and file insurance forms on your behalf. We are happy to assist you in any way possible to maximize your dental insurance benefits. As the patient, it is your responsibility to communicate with your insurance company and your employer.

We see patients by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. A scheduled appointment ensures that we have an opening for you and the dentist is in the office that day.
